Wedding in Isla Mujeres, Garry and Aubrey. Congratulation!!. If Isla Mujeres means anything to something for a couple, it means Garry and Aubrey. They met three years ago on the island at the wedding of one of Aubrey’s best friends. Garry was also invited. That night they met and danced in the moonlight. They returned to their respective cities. Garry is from Philadelphia and Aubrey is from Los Angeles, California. The following year they returned to the Island and Garry proposed to her. Since Isla Mujeres means a lot to them, they decided to have their nuptials in the same place. A year ago when they came to see the wedding preparations I had the pleasure of meeting them and being their photographer for their Save The Date and Engagement photos. Now for the wedding they came with all their best friends and family to spend some wonderful summer days. They really enjoyed the wedding all the time in Isla Mujeres. Isla Mujeres Wedding Photographer for island destination wedding of Fan and Doug. They met in the office! Just like Jim and Pam from “The Office”, only that Fan wasn’t a receptionist. Rumor has it that it was a story of love at first sight. Thanks to the millions of happy hours had among coworkers at our office, they quickly became good friends and shared countless moments of laughter and joy throughout the years. Working on the same account brought them even closer and made them realize that they were a good team together, they even won fantasy football as co-champions that year! Then one day Doug had a lame excuse to ask Fan out: “I have an extra ticket to a dad rock concert, a.k.a. Tower of Power…”, the rest is history!
