So, during their vacation in Isla Mujeres, he came up with the perfect plan.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres Wedding | Samantha and Josh’s love story began with a swipe right in 2018, thanks to Hinge. Josh had just bought a house near Philadelphia, and Samantha had recently moved there from NYC — fate (and a good algorithm) brought them within range. Their first date? A Halloween dinner at a Mexican restaurant — the perfect start to a love story rooted in adventure, warmth, and a shared love of food. Over the years, their bond deepened through life’s highs and lows, grounded in their mutual love for family, friends, nature, and cooking. On their five-year anniversary, Josh proposed in the very spot where he first told Samantha he loved her.

Seven years after that Halloween date, they said “I do” in Mexico — a meaningful destination, as it was also the location of their first international trip together to Tulum. I love the beautiful vibrant color of the island. The sunset has unique dramatic skies with orange, yellow and blue tones.  My photography tries to keep the natural tone of the island. Personally I don’t like bohemian or retro colors. The retro/boho editing style kills the beautiful color of the ocean and sky. If you are getting married at the sunset time at Isla Mujeres you may want to preserve the sunset in your wedding photos. No all white background like the retro bohemian. I prefer to mix the color with modern tones of digital photography, bright and colorful. Sheng and Dani met in the winter of 2022 in Houston, Texas. They met and connected at one of Sheng’s favorite hair salon. Sheng and Dani has been dating for 2 years, and has went on several vacations together sharing many memories and experiences. Sheng knew that Dani was the one to build a future with, and it was time to propose. He wanted to make it special with spectacular breathtaking views, and proposed to her in Cancun at the Island of Isla Mujeres south point at Punta Sur. Tyler’s brother was a coworker of Liz’s and when Tyler came to visit his brother at work, he was mesmerized by the blonde taking shots of tequila behind the bar. He knew he she was to be promised to him one day. He worked up the courage to ask her on a date and she said, “no.” Little did he know that she was just trying to be coy. For the second time he asked she said, “maybe.” He knew he was getting somewhere. The third time was, as you guessed, a yes, and they have been smitten ever since. Liz and Tyler are travel enthusiasts and when they are not traveling, they’re being dutiful parents too (in chronological age): Triton, Olive, and Wendy. They wanted a sunset photo session in their AirBnB apartment beach front at the sunset. But on the other hand, Jamey, the boyfriend, wrote to tell me that he wanted to propose to her in the middle of the photo session. Stephanie & Jamey have been together for a little over a year. They are from Oklahoma, but love to travel. They came to Isla Mujeres for the beaches, good food, and to experience the culture.

Miriam and Imari hired me as their wedding photographer for two days in the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres. Wedding Photos in Isla Mujeres. Nick and Hanna wed on the white sands and blue waters of Isla Mujeres after 10 years of being in love. They met on a blind date, laughed A LOT, quickly became inseperable and the rest is history. Nick proposed to Hanna on a Sunday afternoon on their garden terrace, taking her completely by surprise. The choice of getting married on an island they love was a no brainer. The colors and culture of Isla Mujeres offers a little something for everyone. Wedding in Isla Mujeres, Garry and Aubrey. Congratulation!!. If Isla Mujeres means anything to something for a couple, it means Garry and Aubrey. They met three years ago on the island at the wedding of one of Aubrey’s best friends. Garry was also invited. That night they met and danced in the moonlight. They returned to their respective cities. Garry is from Philadelphia and Aubrey is from Los Angeles, California. The following year they returned to the Island and Garry proposed to her. Since Isla Mujeres means a lot to them, they decided to have their nuptials in the same place.
